The Postpartum Swimsuit

I am officially 8 weeks postpartum, and have been swimming a total of two times. Each time I've gone, I begrudgingly put on a swimsuit and took my girls to the pool. I tell myself that people won't judge me as harshly because I've got a tiny baby with me. "She just had a baby", they'll think to themselves as they look at a woman whose body has gone all 'fun-house-mirror' on her. They're at least a little sympathetic as they see me struggling to corral each little piece of flab that escapes the death grip of my spandex suit. This is what I've told myself each time I've been to the pool. No matter how many times I tell myself this, I can't help but feel self conscious about my post-partum figure. (Especially the pornesque breast popping out in all directions, thanks to breastfeeding). So, I guess it's only natural for people to talk when they see me, thinking I can't hear them. "Maybe she's just fat" or "She's probably too lazy to work out", or (and leave it to a country club crowed to say this one) "I wonder if her husband will pay for her to get liposuction." Ha! Thanks to these comments made within earshot, that swimsuit that was so hard to purchase, is going to be even more difficult to put on.

Awwww... Stina! I still haven't donned a swimsuit and I'm 16 mths post-partum! I'm running out of excuses! But, you must have been there during Bitch-Swim hour. Just walk right past them and fart on the way by.... that always shuts people up!

Memory sure is becoming cheaper and cheaper and cheaper. I wonder when we will eventually reach the ratio of $0.01 to 1 Gig.

I'm eagerly anticipating the day when I will finally be able to afford a 20 terabyte hard disk . But for now I will be satisfied with having a 32 GB Micro SD Card in my R4i.

Hi Everybody!

i have been trying to figure out a good place to start with the acai free trial and was just wondering if anyone had some thoughts on whether or not it works for weight loss? So far here's the only article I have been able to read that seemed realistic for the goals I have. Opinions?
